Restoration Technician Job Opening

Requirements of the Job
As a restoration technician, you will be responsible for restoring our customers’ properties to the highest industry standards. Additionally, you may be managing and leading a team of other technicians and contractors.
The requirements of the role include the following:
- IICRC Certification in Water and Mold
- Supervise up to six-person teams
- Communicate clearly with crews, management, and customers
- Monitor and evaluate crews’ quality of work and productivity
- Ensure crew follows company safety procedures
- Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
- Eager to learn and acquire new skills
- Record and document daily activities in company software
In addition to the requirements listed above, our restoration technicians must be professional and personable, as they’ll be interacting directly with our customers. All of our applicants should possess the following soft skills:

Preferred Qualifications

Hours & Pay Range
The restoration technician will have a Monday through Friday on-call schedule. Working hours may vary slightly depending on the current number of customers we are serving.
Salary: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
